Serve

• Adopt a grandparent
  • Visit them once a week for a meal or other time
  • shovel their driveway when it snows
  • Change hard-to-reach light bulbs
  • If they're a shut-in, and you can drive, volunteer to take them to the grocery, bank, etc
  • bake and take them cookies
  • help them out with lawn care
  • wash their windows (inside and out)
• Cook and Serve a meal at local homeless shelter (or other transient ministry/ outreach)
• Volunteer to house-clean at a women and childrens' shelter
• Get trained and answer the phone in your church office
• Volunteer in or coordinate a nursury during Sunday worship at your home church
